SettleWell exists to help immigrants get clarity on their path to settlement.
The road to UK settlement is long: years of visas, absences counted against rolling limits, sponsors whose licences can vanish overnight, fees that change without warning, and rules rewritten mid-journey. The information exists, but it is scattered across dozens of gov.uk pages written for caseworkers, not for the people living it.
SettleWell holds your whole situation in one place (your route, your sponsor, your family, your trips, and every policy change that touches them) and turns it into plain answers: where you stand, what changed, what to do next.
We watch the official sources continuously: the Immigration Rules, the Home Office fee schedule, the register of licensed sponsors. When something changes on your route, you hear about it from us, read for you, translated into what it means for your case.
SettleWell was founded by Sidiq Rufai, an immigrant building the tool he needed on his own path to settlement. It is built by immigrants, for immigrants, and for the institutions that depend on them.

We never ask for your BRP, passport or National Insurance numbers, not in any form, ever. Your data is yours; we share it with no one.

SettleWell is not affiliated with the Home Office. We read the official rules, registers and fee schedules so you don't have to, and we tell you plainly when something is guidance, not law.
